We facilitated leadership training for next-generation program managers at a global technology and manufacturing company
A client was interested in training innovation program managers to utilize critical resources and tools more efficiently in order to capture growth opportunities and build a stronger competitive position. Newry helped to design an intensive two-week course to develop those capabilities, a curriculum that has been used at our client for eight years with over 200 next-generation managers.
The course teaches important skills in program leadership and stakeholder engagement through strategically focused case studies and instruction from subject matter experts, as well as concentrated peer-to-peer interaction and coaching. We involve members of senior leadership to provide open, candid perspectives on key success factors for stewarding technology programs through each stage of commercialization.
