Dan Easley

Dan Easley brings to Newry strong capabilities in corporate strategy and finance. He has worked with Newry clients on several M&A and go-to-market strategy development efforts, which have paved the way to acquisition discussions, new product development partnerships, and incremental revenue in new markets. Dan’s client work covers a range of industries, including display, chemical processing, and building products, and a variety of advanced technologies, including particle encapsulation materials, specialty films, and microfluidic devices.

Prior to joining Newry, Dan worked at KeyBanc Capital Markets in Investment Banking, where he prepared M&A analyses. He also worked in operations at MRI Software, improving systems related to project management, forecasting, and order processing. Dan has a BS, cum laude, in Finance from Case Western Reserve University.
