Ryan Laudermilch comes to Newry with a broad background in marketing—5 years’ experience in diverse projects and industries, with proven skills in B2B and B2C marketing, data analytics, and relationship management. As an intern for Lubrizol, he identified $1.5 million in new product development opportunities in sporting goods, utilizing his experience in the sporting goods and outdoor recreation industries. As a graduate student, he consulted to the Penn State Fund for Innovation, collaborating with Penn State researchers and venture capitalists to identify commercialization opportunities for early stage technologies. He also consulted with DuPont’s surfaces division to identify strategies for renewing established brands and building new revenue streams
Ryan received a B.S. in Kinesthesiology and BioMechanics from Penn State Colleges of Communications and Business, and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Strategy from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State.
